>MCAS Results
The Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) assesses students in grades 3-8 and 10 in English language arts, Mathematics and Science and Technology/Engineering . The links below lead to the statewide performance results for the tests given each year. Results for each question can be obtained by clicking on the name of each test. >Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) Reports
According to federal law, Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) is a measure of the extent to which students demonstrate proficiency in English language arts/reading (ELA) and mathematics. AYP determinations are issued yearly based on an analysis of the performance and improvement that schools, districts and the state demonstrate toward achieving this goal.
